Tornado Hits Stourbridge!
Having missed seeing Tornado at the Severn Valley railway Autumn steam gala last weekend,I managed to get along to my local railway station this morning to catch a glimpse of Tornado as she passed though on her way from the Severn Valley Railway to Stewarts Lane.

Black Country Museum
Our day out this week took us to the Black Country Living Museum near Dudley in the heart of the Black Country.
Good time were had remembering some of the buildings and exhibits that have been demolished and rebuilt at the museum.
(I must be getting old to remember some of these places!)

Pen Y Bont in Monochrome
It's been a while since I updated this blog, but I have been busy of late getting my model railway layout ready for a couple of exhibitions in the near future.
Of course, working on the layout always give rise to a photo session, Today was no exception.

Bristol Kite festival
Spent a pleasant day out yesterday at the 25th Bristol kite festival.
Not my hobby of course but that of No1 grandson.
